At FriendshipClub.xyz, our goal is to create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for everyone. To make that possible, we have a dedicated team of Community Moderators and Admins who help guide, protect, and maintain the spirit of our communities across all platforms.

These guidelines explain how moderation works and what to expect as a valued member of the FriendshipClub.xyz family.

2. Who Are Our Moderators?

Moderators (often called “Mods”) are trusted members or appointed staff who represent the FriendshipClub.xyz team. They help manage discussions, enforce rules, and assist members when needed. Each platform (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) has its own set of moderators, handpicked for their fairness, maturity, and community understanding.

• Friendly helpers, not judges.
• Volunteers or appointed team members dedicated to keeping things smooth.
• People you can reach out to for help, questions, or problem-solving.

3. Role of Moderators

Moderators ensure that every member enjoys a respectful, positive experience. They are authorized to:

• Remind users of the Community Guidelines.
• Remove or hide inappropriate messages, spam, or offensive content.
• Warn members who break rules.
• Temporarily mute or remove disruptive users.
• Report serious violations to Admins for final review.
• Mediate conflicts between members to maintain harmony.

Moderators act with fairness and neutrality — their role is to protect the community, not to control it.

4. Moderation Actions

To keep our communities safe, moderators can take these steps when someone breaks a rule:

5. Moderator Ethics & Code of Conduct

FriendshipClub.xyz moderators must always:

• Treat all members equally, without bias or favoritism.
• Respect member privacy — never share screenshots, chats, or data outside the platform.
• Remain calm and professional, even under pressure.
• Avoid personal arguments, discrimination, or misuse of power.
• Report conflicts or escalations directly to senior admins.

Moderators are role models — leading by example through respectful communication and positive behavior.

6. Appeals & Feedback

If a member believes a moderator’s action was unfair, they have the right to appeal. You can:

1. Contact the Admin Team via Contact Us.
2. Include your username, group name, and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. The admin team will review the case within 24–48 hours and respond.

We believe in transparency and fair treatment for all members.

7. Becoming a Moderator

Active, respectful, and trustworthy members may be invited to join the moderator team. If you’re passionate about helping others, building friendships, and maintaining positive vibes — you’re welcome to apply!

To be considered, you should:

• Be an active and respectful member for at least 30 days.
• Understand and uphold all Community Guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and calmly.
• Be willing to volunteer your time to help others.
