Refund Policy
1. Digital Nature of Our Products
All services and memberships sold on FriendshipClub.xyz are digital and delivered electronically. Once you purchase a membership pack or business setup service, you immediately receive access credentials or links to join our communities or start your setup process. Because these are digital, non-returnable items, refunds cannot be issued after delivery.
2. Instant Access & Delivery
As soon as a payment is confirmed, our system or team processes your membership and sends your official community join link(s) via email, Telegram, or other communication channels. Once the access link is sent, it is considered delivered and fulfilled — making the transaction complete and non-reversible.
3. No Refunds After Purchase
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all products, including:
- ₹99.00 individual community packs,
- ₹9999.00 “Access All Communities” pack, (if availavle, price may vary)and
- ₹40000.00 business setup service.
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances such as:
- Change of mind or personal reasons,
- Lack of interest after purchase,
- Leaving or being removed from the community,
- Device, app, or internet issues on the user’s end.
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In rare cases where a duplicate payment is accidentally made or the transaction fails due to a technical issue (e.g., payment deducted but service not received), users are encouraged to contact us within 24 hours of payment. Our team will verify the issue and either:
- Re-send the community access link, or
- Issue a credit or replacement (not a monetary refund) if the payment truly failed.
5. Responsibility for Correct Information
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address, contact number, and details during checkout. If incorrect information leads to non-receipt of the join link or delivery failure, we will reattempt delivery once, but refunds will not be applicable.
6. Community Access & Moderation
Membership fees cover entry to our verified online groups and communities. If a member violates community rules, behaves inappropriately, or is banned by moderators, membership will be revoked without refund. This policy ensures the safety and harmony of our global friendship network.
7. Business Setup Service
Our ₹40000.00 business setup package is a digital service that includes consultation, setup, and digital delivery of a functioning community website. Because substantial resources, designs, and configurations are allocated immediately after purchase, no refunds are provided once the setup process begins — even if the client chooses not to proceed later.
8. Technical Support Instead of Refund
If you face technical problems accessing your purchased community or business package, we offer free re-delivery or assistance to resolve the issue. You can reach our support team at support@friendshipclub.xyz for quick help. Our goal is to ensure that you receive full access to what you’ve paid for — not to reverse transactions.
9. Reporting Payment Issues
If you believe your payment was processed incorrectly or you didn’t receive your access link, please email us within 24 hours of the transaction. Provide your:
- Payment ID or screenshot
- Registered email address
- Name of the pack purchased
We’ll verify and assist you promptly. Failure to contact us within this window may void eligibility for any reissue.
10. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By completing a purchase on FriendshipClub.xyz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. You acknowledge that:
- All services are digital and instantly delivered,
- No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are allowed, and
- You are responsible for using your membership ethically and as intended.
