1. What You Can Report

You can report any behavior or content that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms & Conditions, including:

  • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
  • Offensive, adult, or illegal content
  • Scams, spam, or money requests
  • Fake profiles or impersonation
  • Unwanted personal contact or stalking
  • Sharing of private information without consent
  • Unauthorized promotion, marketing, or solicitation
  • Threats, abuse, or violent language

If unsure, please report anyway — we’ll review confidentially.

2. How to Report

Option 1: In-Community Report

  1. Take a screenshot of the offending message or profile.
  2. Copy the username or link of the person involved.
  3. Send details to moderators/admins in that group.

Option 2: Email Report

Send an email to support@friendshipclub.xyz including:

  • Your name and registered email
  • Community name or platform
  • Offender’s username or ID
  • Screenshots or evidence (if available)
  • A short description

3. Response Time

We review all reports within 24–48 business hours. Actions may include:

  • Warnings or mutes
  • Temporary suspensions
  • Permanent bans

Serious threats or crimes may be reported to law enforcement.

4. False or Misleading Reports

False abuse reports are prohibited. Users who misuse the system to target others may face suspension or removal without refund.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

All reports and personal data are confidential. We use them only to investigate issues. We never disclose your identity unless required by law.

6. Scam & Fraud Awareness

  • We will never ask for OTPs, passwords, or payments outside the site.
  • Do not send money or gift cards to anyone you meet online.
  • Report anyone asking for financial help immediately.

7. How We Handle Reported Users

Verified abuse may result in:

  • Warnings
  • Content removal
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Permanent suspension

8. Protection for Victims

  • Do not engage or retaliate.
  • Take screenshots and block offenders.
  • Report immediately to moderators or via email.
